1. Eligibility & Account Limits

All bonus promotions are strictly limited to one individual per household. This includes restrictions by:

• Residential address
• Email address
• IP address
• Phone number
• Bank card
• E-wallet
• Crypto wallet
• Device (PC, mobile, tablet, etc.)
• Payment account or wallet

All players are eligible for bonuses unless a specific promotion restricts eligibility by country or region.

Bonuses are not available to Players residing in: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, the Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus, and Ukraine.

However, citizens of these countries who reside in unrestricted regions may still be eligible. Lucky Rollers reserves the right to request proof of residence (such as a utility bill). Failure to provide proof may result in bonus winnings being voided.

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel a bonus for any player or group of players at its sole discretion, especially where bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Only one bonus may be active at any time. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

2. Operating Currency & Crypto Equivalent

The main display and reference currency at Lucky Rollers is USD.

All bonus amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, cashout caps, loyalty rewards, and promotional thresholds are displayed in USD or corresponding crypto equivalent.

Where cryptocurrency is used, the USD equivalent value will be calculated based on the average exchange rate for the relevant UTC calendar day.

For clarity, the relevant day may be:

• Bonus crediting: the day the bonus or free spins are credited
• Bet limits and wagering: the day each bet is placed
• Maximum winnings and cashout caps: the day the withdrawal is requested and/or processed, at Lucky Rollers’ discretion

Exchange rate data will be sourced from reputable third-party providers or other widely recognized platforms.

Some games may display balances or stakes in USD while the player’s account balance and settlement remain in cryptocurrency. In such cases, the stake is considered placed in USD and converted from the player’s crypto balance using the exchange rate applied at the time of bet placement.

Lucky Rollers is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, network fees, or differences caused by third-party payment providers.

3. Bonus Mechanics, Wagering & Validity

All bonus timings and schedules follow the UTC time zone.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses and winnings from free spins must be wagered 40x.

Unless otherwise specified, bonus validity is:

• Free Spins: 3 days
• Free Spin Winnings: 7 days
• Cash Bonuses: 10 days

Failure to complete wagering within the validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Players may cancel an active bonus at any time before wagering is completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed, while deposited funds remain available.

Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Roulette: 25%
• Card Games, including Blackjack and Baccarat: 10%
• Live Game Shows: 10%
• Poker Games: 0%
• Crash / Casual Games: 0%
• Other Games: 0%

Some games may not be available during bonus play.

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to maintain and amend a list of restricted or excluded games at any time.

4. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

The maximum bet allowed during bonus wagering is $5 per bet or corresponding crypto equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

This limit includes:

• Base game bets
• Bonus rounds
• Feature buys
• Gamble features
• Double-up features

Failure to comply with the maximum bet rule may result in the bonus and associated winnings being revoked.

5. Bonus Usage & Withdrawals

Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn once wagering is complete.

Real funds are used first, followed by bonus funds.

If bonus funds are lost, the bonus is considered lost.

If the bonus expires before wagering is complete, the bonus and associated winnings are forfeited.

Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Active bonuses may be cancelled at any time without losing deposited funds.

Bonuses are void when the bonus balance drops to $0.05 or less, or corresponding crypto equivalent.

Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Delaying bonus features, including saving free spins or bonus rounds without active wagering, is not allowed and may result in winnings being voided.

Withdrawals of bonus winnings may require identity, payment method, and/or crypto wallet verification.

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawals while verification, security, anti-fraud, or compliance checks are ongoing.

If verification is not completed within the requested time period, Lucky Rollers may revoke bonus winnings and/or refuse withdrawal of bonus-related funds.

6. Cashout Limits & Maximum Winnings

Maximum cashout from the Welcome Offer is $5,000 or corresponding crypto equivalent.

Maximum winnings resulting from Welcome Offer free spins are capped at $300 or corresponding crypto equivalent.

Unless stated otherwise, winnings from any deposit bonus are capped at $5,000 or corresponding crypto equivalent. Any winnings above this amount may be forfeited.

Any winnings exceeding these caps may be forfeited, including winnings generated through subsequent gameplay using winnings originating from bonus play.

Using bonus funds solely to unlock bonus features and then switching to real funds to complete them is strictly forbidden. Any winnings generated this way may be voided.

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to cancel bonuses and confiscate winnings if they were obtained dishonestly, fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

7. No Deposit Bonuses & Free Spins

If a player has not made a deposit before receiving a No Deposit Bonus or No Deposit Free Spins, any bonus winnings will be capped at $200 or corresponding crypto equivalent.

Any winnings above this amount will be forfeited, including winnings generated through subsequent play using redeemed bonus winnings.

If a player has already made a deposit, winnings from a No Deposit Bonus, free offer, or goodwill gesture will be capped at $5,000 or corresponding crypto equivalent once wagering requirements are met.

If a player has already made a deposit, winnings from No Deposit Free Spins, free spins offers, or goodwill gestures will be capped at $300 or corresponding crypto equivalent once wagering requirements are met.

Any winnings above the applicable cap may be forfeited.

8. Sportsbook Bonuses

All Sports bonuses are strictly limited to one per: individual and their family, residential address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number and per device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

All players are eligible for Sports bonuses unless the promotion is restricted by country, and the player is a citizen of one of those restricted countries.

If you are found to have placed dishonest bets or abused a Free Bet promotion, Lucky Rollers reserves the right to cancel any winnings associated with that activity.

All bonuses are applied according to the UTC time zone.

Only one bonus can be active at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

Players have the right to decline any bonus.

The bonus is credited in the currency selected as the account’s primary currency at the time the bonus is awarded.

If any strategy or activity is used that violates our Anti-Fraud Policy (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions), any resulting winnings will be deemed void and will not be paid.

A minimum 1x turnover of the deposit amount is required on Sports (with minimum odds of 1.5 per leg) or 3x turnover on Casino before a withdrawal can be requested.

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to restrict players from claiming Sports bonuses at its discretion. If such bonuses are disabled for a player, they will be notified via email.

9. Bonus Abuse & Manipulation

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to void winnings derived from bonus misuse, whether detected during or after wagering completion.

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to block future bonuses and void winnings derived from misuse, whether during or after wagering.

Using any strategy to manipulate wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of winnings. Tactics considered abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Switching frequently between games with different wagering contributions
• Using low-risk strategies, including Martingale, D’Alembert, or similar systems
• Reducing bet size by more than 80% after a large win
• Betting both outcomes in dual-result games, such as red/black in Roulette
• Using double-up or gamble features to increase winnings followed by minimal betting
• Targeting high-RTP games to reduce house edge
• Focusing on bonus rounds without progressing overall wagering
• Delaying bonus features or saving free spins without active wagering
• Using automated, scripted, or system play to exploit bonuses
• Depositing additional funds while bonus rounds or free spins remain active in a game
• Using bonus funds purely to progress through bonus stages, then completing final stages with real funds

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may also lead to account suspension or closure.

10. Loyalty Rewards & VIP

You earn 1 Token and 1 Status Comp Point for every $20 wagered with real funds as per following contribution (Slots: 100%, Roulette: 25%, Blackjack/Baccarat 10%).

Once you reach 500 Tokens, you can redeem them for a $10 bonus. Higher VIP levels unlock better conversion rates:

• The Essential: 500 Tokens = $10
• The Refined: 2000 Tokens = $50
• The Signature: 4000 Tokens = $150
• The Classy: 10,000 Tokens = $500
• The Exclusive: 30,000 Tokens = $2,000
• The Deluxe: 50,000 Tokens = $4,000
• The Lucky Roller: 100,000 Tokens = $10,000

For example, The Essential-level Players may redeem 300 Tokens multiple times for $10 or save up 1000 Tokens for $50.

All redeemed bonuses are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.

11. Rights, Amendments & General Terms

Lucky Rollers reserves the right to revise, modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer, loyalty reward, tournament, promotion, or these Bonus Terms & Conditions at any time.

These Bonus Terms & Conditions form part of the general Lucky Rollers Terms & Conditions.

In the event of conflict between these Bonus Terms and the general Terms & Conditions, the general Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

In the event of discrepancies between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
